  • I got my order a weeks or so ago but opened it to find one of the bottles had leaked, only caused a problem to the eye shadow pallette but a very quick call and they are replacing the whole lot! I nearly said sorry to the girl because I felt guilty for calling after they were so happy to replace the whole order!

I'm going to take the body wrap things back as they were so much smaller than I thought they were, which is sad really.

Web-site is accepting the previous 30% off code as well but not reflecting it in the total....

How will that work? Ask for a refund and get £20 cold hard cash back on your card when that particular item was free?

Have a few of them i could take back (and feet things) if that's the case...?!

No, I won't be trying it on. As I have previously stated in this thread, I will also be taking the despatch email as well as the delivery note (and in this case, the free body butter I got as well) back for the refund of the price I paid.

I am glad to hear you are not going to get a refund for the freebie, it always makes me sad when peeps do this.
