Travelex are a BdeC, and certainly sell travellers cheques. What brand I don't know.....
Looks it up - AMEX.
You can certainly trust them to deliver the goods, not necessarily at a cheap price0 -
What I want to know is how come you left it so late to organise this ??

Thank you once again.
A friend of mine told me I can go to Barclays as I have an account with them and issue a Internatioanl Bank Draft, he told me the Check would be covered by a US Bank (Barclays in New York), is that correct? If that's the case I would do it with them, I never knew Barclays has a branch in NY up until now.

i cant believe anyone helped the OP with an opening salvo like their first post0 -
Replying to ignorance or racism with more of the same doesn't make the world a better place. On the plus side at least the OP admits their own stupidity. Cheers. :beer:0
