Good will gesture were Quidco's words.
Of course I accepted it as it was the amount they owed me.
I fail to understand why you are defending them.
They took 10 months to do something that could have taken 10 minutes.
The message is simple, if a company offers something then they should be willing to ensure what they are offering is available and to stick to that offer.
