To satisfy a charbeback on Visa and Mastercard simplywrite to your bank advising the date you cancelled or attempted to cancel the subscription.
They will chargeback any payments on account after your cancellation date.
Mastercard you need it in writing. Visa you dont even need that as there is no documentation required to this chargeback for a cancelled recurring billing transaction.
