Your feedback wouldn't bother me in the slightest as a buyer. I always look at the feedback of the person leaving neg to try and gauge whether or not they were trustworthy and like the others before me have said, their private feedback status says it all. I wouldn't touch him with someone elses barge pole!!

I would have done - see how he gets out of that one when your comments are that "he didn't get enough for it so refunded me and re-sold it".

I would add comments to your feedback left for him. You need to specify again why you got your neg. If I was buying I would check out all aspects. But as has been saidhis neg to you looks bad (for him), caps, grammar etc.

So don't worry.

I'd agree with what others have said.

Only an idiot would bother about dealing with someone who has 100+ feedback and just one neg.

Especially when the neg is all caps, badly punctuated and with appalling grammar.

Pity fleabay are such a bunch of sleazebags themselves that they can't even see what he's done wrong.

It also blows their claim that you are entering into a contract out of the water. How can youy eb entering into a contract if there is no consideration from one part?

Reading the seller's feedback he first comes across as an oik, then I read his user ID, which about sums it up really. OIK.

And to be honest, I wouldn't buy a single thing from him, too risky for my blood. 8 Negs out of 264 trades, that's pretty bad!!

i would buy from you for sure but him no way private feedback 9 negative's in 12 months and just as many neutral in the same time and if he has to hide his feedback from buyers then he cant be good is what i say so plod on love you have nothing to worry about but he does some day he will come a cropper!

one final thought, can you edit your follow up comment to include:
"see auctions xxx and xxx"
where xxx is the item number of the two auctions for the same item. (put this in your NPS dispute as well!)
