I wont bore you with all the boring bits, but I won a signed Raul Real Madrid shirt for a total of £30 including delivery. The seller, with private feedback,, then refunded my paypal with a weak excuse and then relisted, getting a higher price from someone else!

I complained etc, and left neg which he gave me back (along with a threat to break my legs!) a non-paying bidder alert and a request to mutually withdraw feedback. I refused, and ebay say he has done nothing wrong! Could it be his fees of £200 a month plus?

Anyway, please look at my now not perfect feedback and tell me if you would be put off dealing with me in the future. I have NOTHING for sale and wont have for some weeks, so this is NOT a means of getting you to my lots!

It wouldn't put me off. I am always suspicious of people who have private feedback and he has a lot of negatives.

You may see a slight fall in sales until it is off the first page, I did for the first month after my unfair neg. I am not sure though whether my dip was just the time of year as I find ebay very up and down.

His grammar is bad and private feedback is a bit offputting to buyers (especially if you want to see both sides of a feedback dispute and you can't), I wouldn't worry.

Marvo your feedback is fine. The sellers feedback though is dreadful, he must surely now be at the limit of what buyers trust? I also assume from the feedback response he left you that English is not his first language.

Agree with everyone else, the fact that he types in capitals make me think he's a numpty!
