That is bad customer service, seems to happen all too often in boots!

However - Last night I used my little book of treats voucher for the botanics hair mask, and the lady at the till said 'oh these are buy one get one free, and I'm sure it applies even though you're using the voucher'
and dashed off to pick another one up for me. She also opened a drawer and pulled out loads of perfume samples for me, without me asking!
I was stunned..she was lovely!
And the ladies on the fragrance counter are normally worse than the no7 staff..lol

It annoys me when they're rude, but I mostly seem to have good luck in Boots. Only time I ever got a jobsworth was when I was trying to use Parenting club voucher for BOGOFF and the voucher went through, but she complained about getting something for nothing.

Lucky you! I was told BOGOF was only on skincare products!

Don't know if this link will work but this item is showing as £7.50 in the sale online but was only £2.50 in the sale instore at Huddersfield last time I was in (about 4 weeks ago)

hi ,been following the boots thread and not found anything to get us into the stores until today
first i went to the ac machine and was offered 150 points off £20 spend and not much else except tee tree 100 points i still decided to have a look around and i was amazed instore at the huge reductions on the old xmas stock which was just been put out
i grabbed the following
hackett deodorant/sock sets reduced from £14.00 to £1.50
hommer shower /radio reduced from £15.00 to £3.00
gola boot bag/shower set reduced from £14.00 to £2.50
lynx deo/shower set( 2 shower gel) down to £2.00
white collection bath beads down to £1.50
white collection home fragrance set (this is drawer liners,black and white perfumed pebbles,white petals, candles, incense and holdersand scented pillow) reduced from £18.00 to £1.00
these were what i bought but because i could not carry anymore i could not get anything else
other things on offer i remember are
gillete bag, mach 3 razor+ 4 items reduced to £5,loads of betty boop stuff very cheap,loads of kids/teenage makeups reduced,white collection range
gillete germany 2006 gift sets £2.00,fcuk gift sets,lonsdale sets,golf stuff
revlon bags and make up reduced from £20 to £6.50(eyshadow,lipstick,nail varnish and mascara) too much to remember
i want to go in tomorrow if possible to get some more!

was in my local boots yesterday.

I looked at my offers on the advantage card machine and printed off a voucher which said

"150 extra points with any Boots razors or blades"

I bought some Boots own brand disposable razors for £1.09

Voucher was accepted at till.

41p profit plus a pack of free razors !!

Also works with the 35p packs of razors, these were also on BOGOF last week, not sure if they are now.
