    Hi!

Am I right in thinking that if you buy 2 clinique items bought on-line they are not eligible for bonus time but you do get 750 points? No way of getting both?? (Wishful thinking!)

How long does it take for points gained online to appear on your Advantage Card?

    Thanks for your help!!!

No I don't think you would get the bonus time...although would be nice eh!
You normally get your points from the AM instore about 5 days after the card is debited ...I think!
    £900 towards next holiday...ta very much Mr T x

Hi all, the reason the witch hazel coupons no longer work with the face masks is because they now state 'excludes satchets' I printed one off today.

Thanks to the lady who told me about scanning the prescription form for my points! Did this no problems.

Picked up lovely bits and pieces today so am very happy!

In boots lewisham yesterday they had fcuk male grooming gift sets sets (face wash, aftershave and shave gel) reduced from £14 to £1, and umberto gianni hair gift sets (conditioner, shampoo , blowdry cream) reduced from £16 to £2, I thought it was a pricing mistake, so was delighted at my bargains!
Not sure if these are nationwide reductions to get rid of the last xmas stock?

The upstairs clearance section is open again too, but didn't get a chance to look around as I had the buggy.

Im looking at getting Boots to collect my repeat prescriptions and getting my medicine directly at Boots. Do you get some bonus points for this or it is just for having the medication delivered to you house? I got a couple of leaflets last night about it and asked the lady but she seems to think you dont get any points for signing up? I cant see anything on the forms to suggest this either?

Hi there, you get 250 points, but must let an SA scan the leaflet, otherwise they will say you'll get the points when you pick up second prescription!

Went to Boots before work yesterday and bought loads of stuff (about £20 worth), most of which I was purchasing using coupons, either from the AC machine or from magazines etc...

Anyway, I got to the till and the SA said to me as I handed her my coupons & vouchers "I hope you've bought all the right products for these coupons because I'm not going to mess about getting someone to manually add your points because of some silly glitch on the till or in the wording. If any vouchers don't scan then I'm just going to give them back to you" :o

Me thinks an MSE'r had visited earlier in the day :rotfl:

Cheeky cow. I would call up HO and complain. That is unacceptable customer service.
I hate it when SA's behave like any savings you make is coming out of their wages.
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

How rude of her! If its a Boots glitch and she works for them then she should do her best to help you.

When I was in the Woking store last week I was trying to use the Boots specialist hair care voucher. Unfortunately I picked up the wrong one (on the advice of the lady who was stacking the shelves) and the SA who served me closed her till and took me back down the aisle to help me - FOUR TIMES!!! I think everyone in the queue was getting mad  but she was so helpful and nice! She was up and down from her till like a yo-yo but she was so nice about it. In the end we never found anything which it worked with :rotfl:

but that's how customer service should be!
