Today I got the voucher from the machine for the witch hazel and tea tree 100 points. I got 2 face masks. At the till they couldn't scan it so took me to a supervisor. She scanned the voucher, I told her I had two items from the range and she said that I'd need a separate voucher for each item. She also said that when I'd got points for all the items with only one voucher in the past this shouldn't have happened.

Is this true, has anyone else had this happen?

    Thanks

Hi can anyone help I'm going to be a Grandma for the 1st time so was hoping you could give me some good tips for boots i.e. how do you join parenting club? can more than 1 parent join? good deals, I'm very excited but I know it'll be an expensive time , so as all good grandparents will help as much as possible.
Any other good websites worth checking out?

did the witch hazel sachet offer finish - it didnt work for me today in bham boots :-(

I tried this on Monday East Kilbride and it didn't work for me either, I did however get a voucher from the machine for Boots specialist shampoo and the points glitch was still working there . The shampoo is on at bogof @ £2.99 and you get 100 points per bottle of shampoo giving you the 200 points for £2.99 spend. I've had this voucher a couple of times. I thought you would only get 1. Another thing about this offer it's not too clear that it's on bogof as twice I've had to check. Up until Monday it was still on. cheers shrewdal

I tried to use a voucher in the woking boots, to be told that the mask wasn;t technically classed as skincare. I didn't wanna argue it as my voucher for boots specialist haircare also didnt scan and I was getting flustered!:p
