She said I couldnt have the weekend kit as I wasnt buying two botanics products. I said I was and she said NO your getting one FREE and you are also getting 100 points on your card.
Wonder if she has shares in Boots?
I emailed BOOTS on how I was treated by this particular sales assistant and how she made me feel. I've just had a phone call from them apologising and they said they would speak to my branch about how they deal with the vocuhers from the machine. He said thay are going to ask them to get them through the tills speedily! Looks good for us.
He also said he would send me a £10 gift voucher to apologise !!!:j
Thankyou BOOTS:beer:
I also asked when we could use our points on the internet and he said BOOTS are currently working on this as they have had a lot of requests for this.:whistle:Make Hay While The Sun Shines:think:0 -

got a voucher in the post a while ago for 50% of a nicky clark product, some are on in the store at 50% off at the moment, so got one today and gave in voucher it took of half the original price so in effect got a 1p refund and item free, suggest if any one still got voucher to use, then use it when purchasing other items as it probably wont be noticed then,
also thanks all for the tip on botanics offer did this today with the shave gel and free pamper kit, didnt work automatically and assistant said should say womens face stuff only but would put it through as not clear on voucher, also got free cool wipes so really happy with my bargainsGrowing old is inevitable

Apologies in advance if someone has posted this (I haven't seen it though) Just got to work (2nd Job) and I alwasy stop by boots for my meal deal and check the points machine. Anyway today it had 150 points on some soltan self tan products so I got the voucher and thought I'd take a look. Anyway I got the stand and things were half price (as they have been for a week or so) and I noticed a sign saying BOGOF on all soltan self tan, anyway got to the till and asked if the offer was on both BOGOF and half price she said no the BOGOF was for sun care so I took her to the shelf and pointed it out and she said "Whoops someone forgot to take it off! I'll have to honour that now!" Yeah I thought to myself so I bought BOGOF of the suntan starter kit which was half price at £2.49 (make good xmas presents!) and used voucher for 150 points! So go and keep an eye out in your local boots for this. And in answer to an earlier post on the board I also got the 100 points voucher for the soltan wipe which is only 67p!!! I love boots!Just trying to be me.....0
