Sally - some pasta thing, got a cheese craving though and need toothpaste so have bathed and will go out shortly
Luc - you were only asking - dont worry I dont mind - a fair enough question to ask and trust me if I wasnt eating enough it would have been a good thing that you spotted the signs, because for a lot of people it can get out hand very quickly! I do like my food though and it definitely impacts on my running if I'm not fueled enough...
Off to buy cheese for my pasta mmmm carbs0 -
Thanks Ames for that but DS & GF are going shopping.

Thanks for all the advice, you guys. I guess my dad doesn't really need to know, I'm just not very good at keeping secrets. And Ames, yes, it was for if I had an accident. But you're right, they could find the records faster than he could tell them. I'll call the surgery tomorrow. According to their website, I won't be able to see my regular doctor until Fri but I'm sure I can manage until then. I've got a volunteering fair at my uni that I'm helping out at tomorrow so hopefully, that should help me feel a bit better for having done something. Ok, now I'm really going to wash the pots.
