Pap - 7 months - wow you must have the resolve of a SAINT!!!

Can you not do a slower healthy eating and accept it will take longer? Perhaps breaking the goals back down again into the dolls will help - dont think of it as 48 lbs think of it as 5 dolls? Also dont forget it will be a lot easier for you to exercise more readily with all the weight you have lost if you want to go down that route...

Just throwing ideas out really...but again WOW

Hiya Beanie, on the mend I think. Apparently I sound like a man or possibly a seal now  although I have had several comments that I could make a fortune on an 0898 number....

Mr Sunday offered to throw sardines to me while I balance on a beach ball. Cheeky b*gger! Not sure he is taking my illness altogether seriously! :rotfl:

Pap, obviously it is completely your decision and I 100% understand you missing food etc. There is no reason that you couldn't continue to lose weight following a healthy eating and exercise plan.

However, if you think that you would struggle with that, do bear in mind that the first time you do CD is the 'golden time' - the time you have the greatest chance of losing the weight. Once you stop, it is incredibly hard to go back to it.

Have you thought of working out how many weeks it will take you to get to target, and what the overall cost will be, then setting yourself a challenge to raise that much? Or even if you just raised 50% of it, it would still cut down the amount you are spending on it each month.

I don't think you should give up on the job you really want in order to continue CD, but I also don't think you should write off the idea of doing both, if that's what you really want to do.

Exactly - shame they were such a large part of my "dinner" urgh - ate around them to scoff the onions and pasta and cheese though...I even put tomato puree in and they were still gross *shudders*

Oh well have plenty of plums to snack on instead and had heaps of pasta as well :D

Pap~For what its worth my thoughts are carry on meantime,
When you get the new job you wont start right away.
I think you would be looking at middle of Jan at the earliest.
Every week takes you that wee bit closer to your goal.
At the end of the day its entirely up to you though.
