  • I sold a strapless top with belt loops on it. In the listing I said that the top had belt loops but didn't have the belt when I bought it, so didn't come with one. I got a neutral saying: shame there was no belt with it. WHAT????? lol I emailed her saying that I pointed out in the listing that there was no belt with the top and asked why she hadn't contacted me to find out before giving me a neutral (in a nice way lol) and she said "Oh, I never saw that bit. Still, no harm done." :rotfl: you have to wonder about some folks.......

Have had 3 negatives from buyers who don't read the listing and each admitted after they left feedback that they hadn't read the listing only the title.

I got a neutral once as i sold a small Wedgwood dish. The listing noted that this was an unusual size and therefore rarer and all the sizes were noted and one photograph included a ruler and a coin to demonstrate the size.

The neutral said that the buyer was unhappy that dish was so small. So I left a neutral asking how big she had wanted her small dish?

She was a serial complainer though and soon got banned. Most of her other items she negged for , including shoes that 'pinched' her a bit.
