Which of your negative feedbacks has annoyed you most

I am going through one at the moment, which I will probably end up with bad feedback.
Sold a PS3 game, sent by recorded delivery. 11 days later buyer says its not been recieved so i sent her the tracking number and asked her to wait till the 15th day, then I will refund her if its not turned up.
Minutes after me sending her the tracking number, she has opened a paypal disputed stating I'm a con artist and falsly selling items on ebay, sending her a bogus tracking number, which works on the royalmail site fine, showing its location at the orginating post office.
5 year member, not 1 problem prior to this. So pee'd off I changed my eBay item status to unpaid as my paypal account went into negative balance as paypal were holding the funds and reinvoiced her through ebay.
So I leave my notes on paypal, uploading a scan of the reciept of sending and tracking number. Again asking to wait till the 15th day, as it says in paypal before she should have opened the case.
I have sent her loads of messages through ebay asking her to respond, so we can sort it, but she is ignoring me.
The 15th day was friday, so i have sent a message to paypal, now saying to close the case and refund her money.
Even though I have done all good, looks like bad feedback will be left.0 -
I got my first bad feedback after 5 years from a buyer who said the item (which was a brand new with tags on Next top for 99p) had not arrived. She had not told me this just left the feedback. Anyway I was cross but left a factual response follow up and it didn't seem to affect sales of stuff afterwards. However I was really chuffed last week as it has disappeared - no idea why as I didn't even bother challenging it - does it mean she has been banned from ebay?0

If you asked me to wait 15 days I would consider a neg. Also why should she shut the case before you refund her. She would be stupid to do that as she can't reopen it if you don't. You should just refund her
What is there to sort. You can't prove delivery so you have to refund0 -

As a buyer I would have negged you the moment you suggested in any way that I had to wait for you to start a claim with RM. The RM contract exists between the seller and RM and is nothing to do with the buyer. I don't know where you saw 15 days mentioned on paypal, they allow buyers to start a claim on day 10, it is RM that has the 15 working days rule.
Also what were you hoping to achieve by submitting a tracking number that just confirmed that the item hadn't arrived?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Never had one lol.
The neutrals we've recieved are annoying though- both never contacted, and one just said "good condition". Grr. :mad:This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

No I can't prove delivery, only reason I submitted the tracking number was to prove I wasnt a con artist as she said I was, send a bogus tracking number.
I understand your point and understand why she is making the claim. I only asked her to wait the 15 days, to see if it turned up, prior to this.
As if it did I would have refunded her and she would have the item also.
It was just to point out through not control of yourself you can still get neg feedback. I have not left neg feedback when this has happed to me as its not the sellers problem.
But this buyer will give me neg as a result of this.0 -

I have had stuff lost and have never received a negative for it. It all depends on how you handle the buyer, and asking them to wait 15 days is probably pushing a bit too hard.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Asking a buyer to wait 15 days is pushing it. It sounds to them like your stringing them along. I have never received a neg for a lost in the post item. Its how you handle it. I've just had one customer first thing not to arrive in a reasonable time for months. After a week its still not there. So a couple more days and I will refund no argument.
You also asked the customer to close the dispute before you refund. That also makes it sound very dodgy to them.0 -
A while ago, when sellers could still leave negatives, I received a neg from a seller several weeks later even though everything had gone fine with the transaction. It was clear from the feedback that he had confused me with someone else but he ignored all my messages asking to remove it.
Fortunately, I had not yet left feedback for him (a lucky oversight as I normally do leave feedback first as a buyer) so I gave him a neg in return. Suddenly he became responsive and agreed to a mutual removal. It put me back to 100% but the text was still displayed on my feedback list.0
