I CANNOT find my house keys anywhere

chances are I left them at work
(hope I didn't lose them on the course I was at yesterday)
so I cannot dry my washing because the TD is in the shed and it's locked...
I can't lock up and go out..
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

Can you call someone to at least find out where they are?

How did you get into the house without them yesterday? And why do you take the shed key to work anyway?:p

If they're at work they're in my classroom SO I have emailed the secretary...

My shed, and gate are padlocked with a padlock from a set which had 4 keys so it's the same key so the shed key is the gate key.
I got in because the house was unlocked - same way I got out this morning - kids left the house unlocked when they went to school. Gate's locked and I can get out the front door if I have to...
It runs in the family, DS has lost TWO sets of keys which is why I haven't got my spare set (which are supposed to STAY in the house for when I leave my keys where I shouldn't) because he has them!
It's NOT the first time I have done this...
And I have lost a set, too!
My mum has a set BUT she's on the M1 on her way to Northampton...

Valli - next time you buy a lock, get several spares cut, and bury one in the garden and leave one with a neighbour (and don't tell DS). Instruct the neighbour that they are never to give you the key... just let you in and then take it home!

Does anyone want a metal fireplace? the one from my sitting room is going spare... it's a reproduction of a victorian bedroom fireplace (quite a big one, I can measure it), and doesn't have all the internal bits it needs to be usable, but I'm sure that if you wanted to use it you could track them down. It's free to anyone who has the energy to come and take it away :D. Alternatively, any suggestions as to what to do with it - I don't have the time to do ebay...

Will it fit in your car with the Le Creuset and cake decorating stuff :rotfl:

How about Freecycle - you'll get loads of takers I'd guess :D

I've been wasting time "wittering" So HHC NOW before I get my skates on and go out :T

Both my freegle sites seem to be pretty hopeless at the moment - more offereds than wanteds at the moment. All the rest of my freegle stuff is going to the hospice shop, but I don't think this will fit in the car :D even without the rest of the stuff ;)

(Just so you all know, Penny's agreed to adopt me, so I'm busy packing )
