was gonna post a BLITZ LIST but will do when I've done summat...

Good morning everyone.
I didn't do too well yesterday as a. I was totally intimidated by our upper landing/bedroom. and b. I was a plain lazy bones and barely got beyond the cup of tea I posted!
So, today I'll try better:-)

Monday- Living room, hall and stairs
Level one
[STRIKE]Clear floors of clutter and vacuum them[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Make time for yourself!! Half an hour of peace![/STRIKE]
Level Two
Wipe sofas
[STRIKE]Vacuum under furniture you can safely move.. I don't want any hurt backs!
Sort coats and shoes and bags[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Dust and deweb allthose corners and electrical appliances and shelves.. etc[/STRIKE]
Clear mantel and put back only what should be up there!
Wipe and water plants

Extras

1. [STRIKE]Vacuum under furniture you can safely move[/STRIKE]
2. Wash any soft furnishing that need it
3. Start wrapping presents!!!! If you haven't already!
4. Binbag dance..

I also want to add:
Ask allotment owner about allotment
[STRIKE]Post Christmas cards
Check oil/washer water/antifreeze/tyre pressure and wipe inside of car glass.
Clean out car[/STRIKE]

Tuesday ~ Kitchen of Grot and Dining Room/dump all/ fishing tackle store/ dressmaking and knitting store of Gloom
Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
Find and wipe the worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
Level Two
[STRIKE]Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge! Decrumbed kettle.....
Clear and wipe a shelf or window sill[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.[/STRIKE]
Sort through and clean out one cupboard
Clean the oven and hob..
Extras

1. [STRIKE]Clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best[/STRIKE]
2. Wash the windows
3. Drag out a large appliance or 2 and clean behind and under it
4. Dust and Deweb
5. Plant late bulbs.... very very late

Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom and landing
Level One
[STRIKE]Strip wash and replace bedding![/STRIKE]
Declutter and vacuum the floor!
Level Two
Sort and stash any presents you have lying about.. clear the floordrobe!
Clear a box of stuff away
[STRIKE]Binbag dance[/STRIKE]
Level Three
Clear away any stuff on the top of cupboards/chest of drawers/dressing tables etc.
Sort the airing cupboard/linen store/towel cupboard.. is there anything past its best? PDSA/animal charities often are desperate for such things!
Dust and deweb and wipe the paintwork
Extras

1. Ring someone you love who you've not spoken to in a while!
2. [STRIKE]Write up the christmas cards and get them ready to post![/STRIKE]
3. HHI
4. Wrap more pressies!!

well a total mix up (to be polite!) here this morning - first no carer - then no support worker - anyway the short version is that support worker is coming tomorrow so i have had to change my boiler service but that wasnt too bad - I did want to have a very quiet day tomorrow before travelling on saturday but hey ho it cant be helped!

JillD belated Happy Birthday to your DD - bet she a great day! have a lovely time with your Mum.

LilacPixie First of all a huge squishy (((hug))) secondly you need to learn to pace yourself now and spread things out through the week - hard as it is you are no longer fit to do mammoth cleaning splurges on a saturday - little and often will be much easier - my muscle disease has similar effects to MS so i know what you are going through honey - try to keep the chin up and do a little evryday.
rach - I am so pleased you and DH have had your chat and things are more settled - its just him having PDD (pre daddy doubts!!!) - he wouldnt make a good father if he wasnt worrying just a little - the problem is that most men dont let on!!! Hope you have a great time at the opera!

I have S+S'd the kitchen, hoovered through downstairs and cleaned the inside of the car.........cuppa now then another HHC , oh and the WM is on xx

Whipped the duster round while the kettle was boiling so one day completed!!!

I have kind of decluttered the wardrobe, everything is inside it now, a few things have gone in the charity bag and there are a few I need to try on to see whether they are worth keeping. Pile of stuff to vacuum pack, if I don't use it then it will go. Going for 2x HHE with the girls and then will tackle the chest of drawers.
