Great news Rach, pleased things have worked out.

Really pleased to hear about the mediation Pigpen, it sometimes takes a neutral person to show the harm that point scoring does to children.

Well been to work, received a lovely letter of support from Occ Health, just hoping my managers follow it through with the recommendations.

Another egg today, :j, did I say that earlier...can't remember.

Today is the two day anniversary of my friends death, she was one of life's true angels and I really miss her :( so tonight I'll raise a glass to her tonight and send her my love.

Flying wise, I've put some clothes in the tumble dryer.

Tell you what, I'll organise and run a knitting workshop so you can learn :p

Slight grump here. I hate foreign call centres who cold call. One did just now. The conversation went like this:

"Hello is that Mrs Soappie" (called me by name)
    "Yes"
"This is Jimmy from the Consumer Bowed" (thick foreign accent)
    "Consumer what?"
    "Consumer Bowed"
    "I'm sorry, I can't understand you"
    "Consumer Bowed" then he spells it out "B O A R D"
    "Ahh, Consumer Board"
"Yes Mam. Can you tell me if you have a sky installation?"
"I could but I won't, I have no idea who you are"
"I am calling from the Consumer Bowed we are conducting a single question survey. Can you tell me if you have a sky dish"
"I could but I won't, I have no idea who you are"
"I am calling from the consumer Consumer Bowed"
    "Who are Consumer Board"
"We are all the retailers. Do you know what Consumer means?"
" Oh I know exactly what consumer means"
"Then can you tell me if you have a sky dish?"
    "I could but I won't..."

    Arrgggh!!!!

I think I won though, after a few more repetitions of such nonsense, he finally laughed a bit hysterically and finished the call. And no - I didn't tell him whether or not I have a sky dish :D

But the cheek of it! Asking me if I knew the meaning of the word "Consumer" when he can't even pronounce "Board" correctly! Huff! (and no, I'm not really being racist at all, it was just the way he was so patronising).

Toochoosey that video message is soooo good! Can't remember if I posted about doing on here or another thread but I did one for DH saying he'd been naughty. It was hysterical (I also did nice ones for the children).

Soappie - can you just answer a question for me
do you have a sky dish?:rotfl::rotfl:

I'm on a bit of a roll here and as I won't be doing much next week I think i'll have another HHC 7pm until 730pm. Any takers? xx
