:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T for DD it is one heck of an achievement!!!!!
My family go through this. Usually Mum and Sister 1. difficult for me as I see both points of view, uaually find that they kiss and make up eventually, I just keep my head down when they start and listen - its exhausting to be honest.

HellsBells - you have hit the nail on the head: that's exactly what happens here (with the added complication of some deliberate stirring from Sister 2). But in recent years the 'kiss and make up' hasn't really been that deep, and so the next argument is even more vitriolic, and the next.. and now it's just ....:embarasse:embarasse:embarasse:embarasse Too sad for words.

I'm not allowed to be neutral. I "have to take sides", and I just can't.

Poohbear I'm sorry you are in difficulties, too.
Vanilla :eek::eek::eek::eek: (Just caught up a little...) What can I say?????? You have oodles of hugs from me xxxx

Thanks to so many of you for your support, and for cheering DD on - it's very kind xxxxxxx

Well the childrens father is in for a treat.. his christmas present from me.. divorce papers and mediation.. ha.. suck on that twerp! :p...

    Yes, I know.. finally!

The solicitor couldn't believe he refused time with the children over summer, refuses to see them the weekends in between them staying. think it is hateful he calls me nasty names to them and tries to make them misbehave and be naughty so getting them into trouble here.. and thinks it is quite amusing I got in first with divorce proceedings.. :p..

Hopefully the mediation will sort out the access issues but if not I have his support for a court order stating when he has them and when they come back.. he has to see that bring a 5 year old home at 9:30 when she has to be at school the next day is not suitable.. oh.. the solicitor also thought it wa unacceptable him having them on a school night, especially as I am DS2' 'carer'.. and given the mobility isues the little 2 have walking twice as far to school is not suitable either. Apparently the last 20 years of my life will be 'over' by easter at the very latest.. if he complies it could be much much sooner.

I agreed to mediation with the suspision he will say he can't make any of the appointments due to work etc..

    Morning ladies! gaehn4.gif
I had a nurses appt this morning at 0930 so slept through the night without getting up for Tris, which is why I am only now sitting down to post as I had to wait nearly an hour to get in as Nursey was already running late. Have to say it's darned cold out there and one of my hips seems to have seized up so I am limping more than normal. Not sure what is wrong with it.
Spent 3 hrs in the garden yesterday - I had so many layers on I looked like a michelin man, plus a very fetching hat but it worked, the only parts of me that got cold were my feet and hands. Managed to get all my garlic planted though so very happy.

Jinky - big hugs to you darling smooch.gif
LadyL - kiss.gif hope you caught my post yesterday morning :rotfl:HSwhistle.gif
    Toots and Rosepink - hugs.gif
    So my lists today are:
Feed the cat at least twice catmilk.gif
    Brush the cat
    Sort and delete 30 emails
    reply to emails
    Clean bathroom sink
Spray bleach on the bottoms of the shower curtains
    [STRIKE]Email R[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Fill WM and put on[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE][/STRIKE]
    Extras
copy the back up from external hard drive back on (two files left to do)
type up receipt for Cleaning lady (forgot yesterday)
    download pics from camera
    Email photos to father
keep looking in the mirror and admiring my hair cut :o:p:rotfl:
    clear the dining table
    sort through christmas craft stuff

Natty, glad you are having fun with your new hoover attachments!

Pigpen, glad you’ve got a solicitor who can see where you’re coming from, that’s really great as you won’t have to keep explaining stuff to him or her!
