How about getting a cleaner once a week? I use my DLA to pay for this help and without it I would be totally lost. She does the heavy chores whilst I potter around with a duster. Or speak to SS regarding a homehelp? My kids also help out a lot more now and they are now responsible for tasks. I totally inderstand what you mean though. I have just started the task of putting up my christmas tree as it will probably take me two weeks. I also get really down when my house is a mess xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

I'd love to join in! I did hours of cleaning today but do not want to have to do hours in one day again before Christmas. I still have extra jobs but also need to do normal day to day. I'll make a list and post it - any advice and encouragement welcome. You guys seem so organised and know how to break it down0
