Ohh, I have been chatting to a lovely man.
I was going to meet him for a coffee tomorrow before meeting Linda at the Xmas market but of course that's all off now.He seems really keen to meet though, and he is very nice to chat too - intelligent and flirty.
Hope I get to meet him soon!
:rotfl: What about your facebook status:rotfl:
I wish I had your guts Snags!

We all have days like that Buffy! I decided after Paps little talk to us the other night that I would really start trying to look after myself more. So I have tried to stop eating rubbish again (the chocolate was starting to get out of control!) started putting make up on, washing, cleansing and moisterising before I go to bed in a bid to sort my skin out, wearing the clothes that I would keep for best. And of course de fuzzing, and wearing nice underwear
this always makes me feel better.
Start with something small that you can keep up day in day out.
Of course the running and exercise will help (not only with your mood, mental state but your health and weight) but don't expect any miracles (Like I was hoping that miraculously my wobbly bottom would go :rotfl:no chance!)I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
I usually look like the wild woman of Hampshire, so I really can't talk. Have been likened to Worsel Gummidge on a few opportunities. Also, just remembered what had me in hysterics yesterday....Dickens and his "pondering the tower" also "coaxing things out".....
Pint's birthday is sorted. We are going to go see Muse at Wembley in September. Reckon he'll be well made up and proud of me for going to such a big place!** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

I think Bunny downloaded this and used it. I think you just need to decide how far you want to run then just find a plan to train to that distance.
