I'm halfway through my Graze box
    ...Linda xx

I've had the big one of korean rice crackers, and just started on the small crystallised ginger one. I'd have finished it by now if it wasn't so hot! So I've just decided I might as well make dinner instead...
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I don't personally think you need to buy it. Yes it could give you a bit of motivation but there are running blogs (plodding hippo) that you can read for free. If you want a plan there are plenty of people that can do you one if you give us days you want to run, how far you think or time you can run now.
Its being motivated and committed though that is the battle (I battle with it week in week out!) if you want to improve!

I caught sight of myself today, when I was collecting my boots from Timpson's - they had a mirrored cabinet and I couldn't see my whole face but the bit I could see I didn't even recognise. it was all grey and saggy with a downturned mouth and so many spots. When I realised it was me I was looking at, I kid you not, I got bloody tears in my eyes and I don't do crying. it was a horrible shock. (I know that sounds shallow but I can't put it any other way!)

Trouble is now Mum's is back and we are back to arguing about food and her worrying about constantly I think it will be difficult but I think I will need to escape even if she will be upset.

    xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Ohh, I have been chatting to a lovely man. :)

I was going to meet him for a coffee tomorrow before meeting Linda at the Xmas market but of course that's all off now. :( He seems really keen to meet though, and he is very nice to chat too - intelligent and flirty.

Hope I get to meet him soon!
