Now that's pretty cool too. Hope the sound quality is better than it was at Wembley, I think it would have been a great concert if I could have heard it.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Watched them at Sheffield. I keep hoping it is going to be like denver 83 all over again. I shouldn't have such high expectations, I am always going to be disappointed.0 -

Could I borrow the slide scanner when you're done with it? On the same lines actually.
At first I couldn't get it installed, four hours of installing/rebooting/trying to launch/uninstalling/rebooting ... the photo editing software wouldn't load. So I scanned by driving it through the device driver... just to get them all at least loaded to see what was in there. The plan is to take some time shortly to have another go at reinstalling it all and seeing if I can get it working properly, so I can scan the Top 50 in with a higher/better resolution and photo edit as I am scanning. But that could be a few weeks off.
I got mine from Maplins, it was delivered the next day (and I didn't pick fast delivery). It was this one: http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=224226 - I simply chose the cheapest really.
So not sure whether to say you can have it or not, by the time I get finished it could be some time and the slide holder might be a bit shot.0 -
I was a huge fan of U2 and always wanted to see them live......but hubby refused to go with me or look after the children so I could go with a friend. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
I got my parents an Epson v300 for xmas to scan their slides and negs as the reviews of the standalone scanners were pretty poor until you paid over 150 quid - will report back when they have started.PasturesNew wrote: »I'd say yes you can, but after 1500 slides the slide holder has become a bit temperamental... It'd drive you nuts and probably break pretty quickly. I was being careful, just volume means it probably wasn't quite expecting to be worked so hard.
