Blimey - I'd record the show and watch it twice :P

I think I've seen the machines you're on about. £500-600 or so I think. I was with somebody who enquired of them, but as they said it'd be delivered in a box and need assembly they didn't buy one. They wanted it assembled because, as we all know, stuff that doesn't fit together easily never ends up being built does it.

    My pet hates are:
1] They tell you need a screwdriver, that you don't have
2] They tell you it's a 2-person job ... no good once I've bought it! I need to know there's no point getting it BEFORE I buy it!

The vibration things, actually, I think you have to do something, not much, just ''postures'' but, I'd do it. The really good ones though, are really expensive. I did think about hiring one. :)

I've been doing an exerise video 5 days a week and its getting harder, not easier, lol.

You honestly don't own a single screwdriver? You'd hate Ikea then.

do you really think its worse than other, less imaginvative stuff?

Ultimately, I wouldn't do it, but I'd kinda like to I think.

some was very interesting. But I wonder if any culture can be adaquately depicted in 60 mins minus ad breaks.

BBC4 has done some great ''cultural'' programming recently, but its all...not enough...you know? you just start to get interested and they are off again onto something else.

It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.
