Well if you are eating so little you can't move exercise doesn't seem very practical. Are you eating enough protein? Prawns are brilliant, hardly any calories.
Isn't there some sort of vibrating plate you can stand on that works all your muscles. I am sure someone told me 10 minutes on one of those is as good as jogging for half an hour.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).

I've been wondering about whether it would be worth buying one. I did read something about it jiggling all your insides about though.

Well this girl swears by the damned thing. Says she does an hour a night on it while she is watching Judge Judy and burns off 500 calories just standing there.
I meant to google them because if it does what she says it is a better investment that boots.Retail is the only therapy that works0 -

Lol, if it was a hot guy stalker then it wouldn't be so bad even a girl would be fine if it was Jessica Alba maybe but alas it is not
