Yeah, luckily though I used to spend as much time letting the weight drop into my heels, :Dcounter acting it. I am however feeling a difference since stopping yoga. Can't wait to get the green light for that again...0 -

That's an interesting point. Does anyone sometimes experience thinking about how a word is spelt.... and the more you think about it, the more it seems wrong!
I love words and language... I sometimes have a word of the moment that I like to turn around in my mind and experiment with its use.0 -
I have actually been thinking of going to the gym. I haven't, as yet, gotten any further than thinking about it.
I am even considering jogging.
