Isn't it great weahter for hearty meals and stodge?

I'm sulking slightly with a diet hot chocolate (and remmbering why I avoid diet ''pretend'' versions of food/drink ;). but at least its warmed me up inside...my body that is, not my foodie soul ;).

I avoid the diet versions too - I'd really rather go without than eat some of the stuff they foist on dieters. I'm on copious amounts of black coffee myself ( I'm totally immune to the effect of the caffeine) and I'm wondering if I can allow myself just one small glass of wine...

Oh I'm so sorry. I had my eyes opened this weekend about how hard it is to get nice clothes in larger sizes. I was looking online with a friend who is a size 28 and anything half decent in her size was sold out. Much of what was available you wouldn't want to wear.

I'm counting my blessings. I may need to lose a few pounds but I can still go into any fashion retailer and find something I like that will fit

Oh bless your cotton socks. You are weight wise in a better place to where you were last month, you completed the challenge, perfectly!

I don't know what to say about health/pain, but that I really do know how you feel. Is there anything they can do/look at to help with comfort?

    Is Dr Dragon with you?

    Dragon,
I'm cannot think of anything usefull to say that might be of comfort.
"Chin up girl" sounds a bit pathetic if your feeling so low.
lostinrates is right, last month was positive.
If your feeling in pain I have some small idea of how that can get you down. I manage an RSI condition, I'm sure nothing compared to what you have to deal with but I do know it does get very tiring at times.
    Deep breath, new day dawning.
