LB Waltham Forest PCN Compliant?

Hi folks,
Left car overnight in a Resident's Permit Controlled area, didn't get back in time the next morning and found it with a PCN on it. I'm 99% sure that the bays and the signs are compliant but if anyone can see any grounds for complaint due to the wording of the PCN I'd be very grateful.

agreed, it's about twice as wide as my 1366x768 pixel monitor.
OP, you need to resize the scan to about 800 pixels across for people to be able to read it.====0 -
Sorry, I'm not the most tech literate person. I don't know how to resize it. I just uploaded it to Tinypics and then posted it up.0

I cant see the ticket at the minute, so is the ticket from the Local Council or from a Private Ticketing Firm.

Nurslayer,
What is it about the wording of the PCN that makes you think it will be unenforceable as a result?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -

I expect he thinks it's possible because PCNs are often worded wrongly and can be successfully appealed.
To Nurselayer:
I don't think we've seen the back of this PCN though (it will look like standard small-print but it should be posted as sometimes there's a technical wording error).
Also how SURE are you about the bay lines and signs? Can you get any pics? Is it a Controlled Parking Zone?
You could go into the Council offices and request to see the TRO/TMO for that street, have a look at other threads for info about doing this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
