So it's just down to checking the bay lines and signs for compliance then.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unfortunately bays and signs are compliant. If I can I'll try and check the TRO/TMO but I'm fairly sure that they're correct too.
