    Not for me thank heavens, they are for Mum. debating weather to hide them and buy some xmas pud to go with them as a spare gift. At christmas she eats xmas pud/dates like they are going out of fashion. In fact she has so far brought 8 family sized xmas puds for christmas and there are none left... and thats just the ones she has mentioned :rotfl: However I have already brought her chocolate, shortbread and 12 drums of cheese footballs (dont ask!) she will prob think I am fattening her up :eek:

    Tenmah, Maz :Ahas lent me a wrap/pashmina in purple so that will do nicely. Its all a bit costly this evening out...have said this will be my birthday present and any money I get for birthday I will put towards it. Just hope its worth it :rolleyes:

    :rotfl: I have tried and tried but I think she is addicted. It happens every year in the end she gives me the money for one, I buy it and hide it for the big day. Saying that though I am the same with genoa cake or filled fruit cake, cant leave the damn things alone, guess what my birthday cake is this year ;)

    Mmm I love dates.

    I've finally found the syndrome that the consultant was talking about, it's whims syndrome. Apparantly only 40 people have been diagnosed with it in 40 years, I always knew I was special! It does explain all my odd blood test results though.

    That has got to be the funniest thing Ive heard today. Is she the one who goes around all the stores after christmas picking up the reduced ones :)
