The 'fashion' wellies are cute, but I had a pair and found out they weren't quite waterproof when I had to walk through some deepish water :eek: How can wellies let water leak in, they are meant for spalshing in puddles!

They haven't diagnosed it yet, the consultant thinks it could be that. He's going to talk to the team about it at their next meeting (thursday) then it'll need a bone marrow test to confirm diagnosis. Then treatment is the same as what they used to think it was - blood transfusions every few weeks. Hopefully then I'll feel better!

Ames, oh no! I hope as Sally says they will be able to mange your problems better and enable your life to become easier.

Sally, :rotfl: she does, but I guess if they are reduced its not such a bad thing. Sometimes I wonder why/when she picked up this addiction but evey christmas is the same. Running joke now

Chick thanks, I have ordered the ones Sally mentioned now. Not too bad for £13.95 + 25 clubcard points + 5% cash back. I did find these and these on ebay but I think they are a bit too expensive. Most of the 'fashion' ones were nearly £17 before p&p too. I will test these when they arrive and if they leak they will be going back :rotfl: Oh yes and I agree with the puddle thing, well unless its a very muddy puddle

Sally - Love those shoes, I'm a big fan of purple, they'd go really nice with jeans too.

Pap - When you started offering dates I thought you were being a bit forward! Then I twigged

DD1 just came in with a huge bag of birthday pressies from her friends....bless them, one had asked her what she wanted...she said - oh I dunno - get me a spatula..........so they did

.....I can't quite believe she's going to be 14 on Sunday.....it snowed heavily the day I brought her home from hospital and they almost didn't let me leave because of the roads.

Wow! I managed a whole day of work......I am feeling mucho better mentally and physically.....very very tired though. Woke up at 2.45!

Not done much today, just a few dailys. Going to start in a few moments. I must say though I decided to get roboform and its super Sally

I dont use it to save passwords or anything but I used it for the first time yesterday and completed 73 in the amount of time I used to barely reach 30! At the moment I am doing the John Smiths shirt one every hour :rolleyes: I really want to win one for lil bro for christmas next year :T

Evening everyone.

Just finished making a huge lasagne for the church bazaar tomorrow so it's now officially wine o'clock and vegging on here. Sounds as though today has been quite traumatic for some...
