*sammy moves swiftly past the flylady list*

Hi y'all.....work for me today....see if I can stay motivated on my own for at least an hour.

Bookie, could you not do the flylady thing (or perhaps a bit of it) until you get it together a bit more.

I completely understand about the me time though, I thought working from home would give me plenty of free time but instead people know I am here and 'pop' in, or the kids 'just want a lift here there and everywhere'. It is really hard.

Not sure what the answer is though.....but :grouphug:

Are you still taking the tablets.....

Said a very big NO last night. Refused to take on a team leader role for our huge International Camp in 2011. I may feel inclined to do something smaller nearer the time but I am certainly not doing anything big for a while after April.

I was never that dedicated to cleaning Sammy.

I take them at night which means I get to sleep fairly uninterrupted.

I have run out of pledge!

Friend just phoned - her father in law has just died. They thought he would last until Christmas but ....

    Hugs to Tenmah's daughter.

Bookie, I know how you feel. I find that I'm always the first one people ask for favouws because I don't work, therefore have all the time in the world to be at their beck and call. Like last weekend being asked to drive sister to Skegness and back, which meant I didn't get back till 5am. When I was on a committee people would actually say that they couldn't do stuff because they worked and us non-workers should take up the slack. People don't seem to realise that you've got more important things to do than run around after them.

    Anyway...

I've got a hospital appointment in half an hour, I'm a bit nervous about it. It's with the immunology department, but it says on the letter that it's with the doctor who runs the ME clinic, and I got the letter soon after seeing them. So I hope it's not just for him to tell me off for wasting the ME clinic's time. Although I usually see a minion not a consultant.

Also need to get tablets, I've run out of one of them and can't get the extra because needing tablets isn't a 'medical emergency' to be able to get a GP appointment. I'm going to try again next week.

Then I really need to make a couple of phone calls if I can face it.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Good luck Ames.
Wil they not just renew your prescription?

    Morning all

too much wine last night and I have a headache, that will teach me hey!
I must start picking bits out of the fly lady list, house is a tip and really want to get it organised!

Pap, book arrived, thank you so much will look forward to reading it!

Beef Casserole in the SC, must dash to town to post office, pay some cheques in and get a few bits (bananas, yogs and bread) then stick hoover around. Think this afternoon we might make some christmas bits, do a bit of wrapping and watch some christmassy films :)

Bookie, chin up girl you keep going and you will get there in the end
Sammy, I would never get anything done if I worked from home as I would constantly see the jobs that need doing!
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
