I actually feel sorry for her children, what an awful mother they have. She would rather go out drinking at weekends than spend time with them and do things and go places.
I was a single parent for 4 years, my mum is a single parent also and she worked nights so as you can guess I harly got any nights out. In fact in those 4 years I only got out about once every few months if that! And the worst bit was that I was only a teenager myself so I have missed out on my youth. But do you know what? That doesnt bother me one bit, as I had a lovely boy to look after and I adore him to bits.
I now have another son with someone else and its even tougher with 2 kids, 1 being a young baby, I get out even less now. Yes I have more babysitters as I have my partners parents but on those nights we dont have the kids we prefer to sit in and watch a dvd or have a nice meal etc, like someone else mentioned on the first page.
Going out getting drunk isnt all that, what if you got seriously ill from it? What would happen to your kids then? Its time to grow up and start thinking about your kids, maybe save up that drinking money to take them out for a day out or overnight somewhere as a treat. Would be a fabulous memory for them instead of them spending yet another weekend without their mum, for them that is priceless!

thing that's scary is, it may well be a wind up in this instance, but.............

there are wimmin with EXACTLY that attitude. they tend not to frequent these places, but they are out there. if you happen to be in our local post office first thing on a thursday morning, you'll see all the skanks collecting their "social" and spanking half of it immediately on 200 mayfair superkings, a litre of lambrini and on the phone to their dealer asking for a 20 bag
NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.

A small plastic bag containing £20 worth of your drug of choice.
