I would send another message and request the tracking number so you can check with your local post office to see if they have it.

    She can't open another dispute.

If it does mysteriously turn up and is in good condition, then refund her the cost, but don't refund either the initial or return postage.

    AND BLOCK HER!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I wouldn't bother corresponding with her any more at all. What chargeback did she originally open? She can actually another one but only if it is not the same as the first and if it is within some very narrow guidelines, even then she would have to prove you have received the item back. Tracking alone is not good enough, it must show as delivered.

How do I block her? Iv asked for the tracking number so I can check where it is or if she has infact even sent it!
I thought she couldnt open another one but just wanted to make sure as she said she spoke to paypal and they told her she could :S
What do I do if I get the purse and it is damaged? Should I offer her a partial refund?

I'd tell her to purse off!

Follow the links here >> http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html to block the bidder.

Like the previous posters have said if you receive the purse back and it is in the condition it was when you posted it to her I would refund the whole amount minus the postage costs.

She won't be able to open another ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED claim but she may be able to open an ITEM NOT RECEIVED dispute, but I think you should be able to quote the previous dispute and al the correspondence from her, and that should allow paypal to find against her if she does go that route.

    The plot thickens....... haha!
She has said she has checked with royal mail and it has been delivered and signed for, bizarre as Iv not recieved it or signed for anything! And after speaking with paypal they have advised her to report me to the police for theft?????
  • Ask her for the tracking number then so you can check the signature to see if at has been signed for by one of your neighbours, do this through ebay so at least they can see you are cooperating, my guess is she will come back and say she doesn't have it, I can't believe for a minute paypal have advised her to report you to the police!! what a joker!!!
