I'm genuinely swithering over this because we do need new tableware, and these are lovely, but it feels too much like a luxury purchase... do I deserve to be eating off Royal Doulton!!"All cruelty springs from weakness" - Lucius Annaeus SenecaPersonal pronouns are they/them/their, please.
I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.0 -

BellyDuJour aka butterfingers!
I don't blame you!
That's why I ordered 10 sets!
I'm less likely to want to kill the children if they break one! lol
I am going to have to clear a cupboard to store it in before hubby sees it!
TBH I was looking at a Christmas set in Morries this week and it was £2, I think, for 1 plate so this is cheaper!!!
Thanks again.
Can't wait for it to arrive.
Oh and my credit card company called me this morning to check there wasn't any fraud on my account due to all the transactions yesterday!!!All those Grabbits! Unfortunately it was hubby who had a card payment declined whilst they checked and not me! Oops!
Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Lol, the difference is, there is only 2 of us in our household and no kiddies (yet!) but we do like to entertain and I'm hoping this set will last us years if only used for special occasions... not sure hubby will be happy if I ask him to cart home two more boxes... :rotfl::oBelly by name, JELLYBELLY by nature!

Haha, well, I just earned an unexpected bonus at work (the boss promised me £20 if I got a supply quote down by 5%) so I'm going to take the plunge. Thanks OP, this was a great find!:T"All cruelty springs from weakness" - Lucius Annaeus SenecaPersonal pronouns are they/them/their, please.

He's going to check the store for me to get another 2 on his way home. If they don't have it, we can't really get them delivered due to not being at home to accept the parcel and work not allowing personal deliveries. (Butter)Fingers crossed there's some left, our Robert Dyas is rather small!
