Got 8 sets, creamer & sugar set, 4 platters, 8 bowls, 8 cups/saucers & 8 cutlery sets on Sunday using the 20% discount voucher! Got given another voucher valid for this weekend too. Spent about £90 after the discount. Thrilled with my purchase, thanks again OP. :j0 -

I bought 6 sets and 3 of the bowls were smashed. Emailed them straight away and after 24 hours with nothing back I called.
The woman on the other end of the phone was great - explained that they had a backlog on dealing with emails but she could sort it straight away, just arranged replacements without any fuss and they arrived a couple of days later.0 -
Thanks have just called and they are sending out a replacement no fuss!:jIm now a Mrs woohoo :j0

Dispatch was quite slow though, and communication nil.
It is quite small though, so we will just have on the table for "top ups".
Oh and spoke to Robert Dyas C/S this morning - they are expecting more platters in.
I ordered this and received this morning. Ideal for a gravy top up or for cheese sauce and as ClutterFree said not a bad match either :TMember of Thrifty Gifty ~ Making money for Christmas 2010:£2 Savers club member no 40 ~ £54Amazon Vouchers BingoPort ~ £10Dooyoo Challenge Jan ~ £24.07 / £20.00 Yippee over target :j0 -

I rang on Monday and received my replacements today.
They said I could keep the ones with imperfections so I shall keep those as spares. :T
Must say I am very impressed with their C/S. :beer:Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.
