Recieved mine yesterday, brilliant quality and very happy, so much so I'm going to make them my best set. So have ordered a few more sets for spares, as well as the sugar bowl and creamer, and my mum even got me to order her 8 sets too!

I was In Asda today and picked up a little white gravy/sauce boat for £2. It's quite dinky and works well with the dinner service. If you are having a few folk for christmas dinner at that price you could pick up a couple.

I've ordered my 4 sets and an oval plate on 27th Nov online and still haven't receive them!!! :mad: on the a/c the status of the order said it has been shipped, but there were just no signs of my Royal Doulton

Emailed customer service last week but never hear back from them, and have been calling them all morning, but it was impossible to get thru. The worse is the money has already gone out of my bank a/c...

Does anyone know what else i can do?

Mine also got "lost" on route by Citylink but I managed to get through on the 'phone to Robert Dyas and they sorted some replacements.

My other order of the creamer/sugar set has just had to be chased up too. City Link have a lot to answer for I think.



Edit: Come to think of it, the cakestand I bought off eBay ages ago isn't here yet either.......

I bought the other cakestand and no sign of it yet. I ordered the Cream/Sugar set over a week ago, it was due to be delivered Wednesday but no sign yet.

just wondering ! can you put it in the mircowave,as it says on the bottom you can?
