Twas just a question. Clearly you pay a premium to get freesat. So if they cant actually use it, seems a bit of a waste to me

    > And how can you compare in a shop if theyre never setup right?
this is a problem but even in a shop I can easily see the difference.

HDMI? Lets not go there again :)

Well of course you can see a difference in a shop. But if they were all setup correctly then you might see completely different views of them ~ ergo thats BAD advice

HDMI ~ ive already rested my case ;)

This is a problem but I can easily spot the difference between 50Hz and higher even in shops. It may just be a physiological difference and if people can't see the difference there is no point paying a premium just for willie waving rights

    > And which hdmis did I compare again?
Let's not go there again. To your credit you did recommend a fairly cheap one even though you said you use expensive ones (iirc).

I posted proof positive that braided cables reduce RFI
I would have also posted proof that RFI does affect components but the only direct 'measured' proof I have is under copyright and I cant find anything similar online

All your doing is making a fool of yourself ;)

Again, how do you know it was the refresh rate that you 'noticed'?
You dont mention which tvs youve 'looked' at. Whether or not they were calibrated (Though im 99.99% sure they wernt). Whether or not 'motion flow' or similar were on (Most shops WOULD have them on and I can see them a mile off)

I really dont see what your claiming mr magic eyes

Give some 'specifics' then we can take it from there
