    Hi, I havent read your other thread but just wanted to say although this is only an internet forum, we are real, normal people and feel free to rely on us for moral support. as already mentioned Samaritans are there to and they are a bit more professional i guess.
    try to be positive.

    hi, i hope you are feeling well, i have read thru your threads, and i thought how brave you are to go thru BR on your own, to change jobs and leave the high pay behind, you did what you needed to, you are tackling your 'sleepers' and red wine intake, you have taken a lot of big steps, well done!!
    i noticed you really felt good about helping out your friend, you take pride in your work, these are wonderful qualities :)
