Had enough

I've had enough. Nothing I do will ever be enough and all I am doing is treading water while everyone lives. I can't do it anymore.

Hi skintbutsolvent,
Didn't want to read and run. What's up?

Hi skint but solvent don't know what to say really, except don't give up.0

Just fed up, bored, had enough. Wonder how long before anyone noticed I wasn't around? Maybe when I didn't show for work.0

What are you fed up with? Relationship? Job? Family stress?
I live on my own and I often wonder how long it would take for anybody to notice I wasn't around - even when I'm in a perfectly good mood!

I read your other thread and know you feel stuck in a rut, but I want you to know that you're not alone. We wouldn't bother posting back to you if we didn't care. Have you spoken to the Samaritans as well as getting support on here? It might help

Just been and read through your other thread so I know a bit of background.
It sounds to me as though your main problem is being isolated (hence posting two "look at me I need help" threads - which isn't a criticism of you in the slightest, just something that occurred to me) and that your main challenge is sorting out your state of mind, and meeting people.
Has something new come up that's made you feel particularly bad today, or is it just the same old feelings coming back to drag your mood down? How are you getting on with the yoga etc?

Sorry, didn't mean to attention seek.0 -
I don't think that's what Bargain Rzl meant. Have you been back in touch with your dad yet? I know in your other thread you said he was putting you off visiting, but have you actually told him about how down you feel? If you think your family would offer support if they knew how bad things were making you feel, then it would be an idea to reach out to them in my opinion.0

Oh heck, I KNEW you'd take that the wrong way. As I tried, clumsily, to say in my previous post, I don't think any less of you for attention-seeking - it's just a symptom of being isolated.skintbutsolvent wrote: »Sorry, didn't mean to attention seek.
Did you read the rest of what I said... or did you just read the bit where you thought I was criticising you?
Once again, I really am trying to listen and help. Not criticise. Really

I've asked him if I can go home, he said no.0
