I forgot that I had bought some Christmas presents on a store card. The bill came in today so I have paid it off immediately as the interest rate was 30.9% !!!

So I have paid off another £76.86 but I hadn't calculated it into my £20,000 so I haven't added it to my sig.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

And we've got MOT next month adn DH thinks we'll need brakes doing. Gah.

Brakes can be comparatively cheap to do, if you can get pattern parts (e.g. from Andrew Page) and fit them yourself which can be easy with disc brakes. It's worth having a look at them before the MOT, you may just get away with a bit of TLC on them. Any friend you may know that "does things with cars" should be able to sort brakes out, that's how I do it :D.

    Hi all,

Its my bday today and have received about £150 from friends and family. Going to talk to hubby but as we don't need anything I might use that to pay my virgin credit card its close to the F & F settlement they sent me a few months ago so might try that again.

Have a good day all and keep up the good work!!!

    Mich

Happy birthday and a card gone will be great..one less to worry about.
