That would be amazing! I agree, everyone is doing so well, especially as its been a tough year for lots of people.Paying down the mortgage:

I am not doing so well as DH hasn't had paid work since last June or July. We are still selling 'stuff' from the house, that we don't really need, to pay off debt and living on a shoestring.
