O2 customer services/complaints email

Do these !!!!!!!s have one?

I am having major grief with their service. Customers service is next to useless, online facility is very hard to navigate through and it's hard to tell how many minutes there are. CS rep even hung up on me because he couldn't find the answer and even hge couldn't navigate through the online service. And finally poor poor reception using a good phone. Stay away from these cowboys.

Anyone know their complaint email as I can't find it.

I strongly advise anyone to reconsider o2, I had the Three network before them and they were far more easier to use in terms of simple billing and accessing cs as well as checking minutes etc. Difference between these companies is disgusting. Night and day.

With O2- Poor Reception in parts
Three- Same scenario but they have a backup network

O2- Hard to tell inclusive minutes
Three- Many methods e.g. GPRS, Automated Service, Fast CS service

O2- Web navigation is a pain in the !!! (even the cs guy couldn't naviagte it)
Three- Had no need to try as the GPRS is top notch

O2- Pay to access voice mail
    Three- Free as standard

O2- Minutes after allowance very expensive avg 35p/min on 200 anytime plan
Three- Free access all the time

    O2- Time limited CS support
    Three- 24/7 live support

and the list goes on.... need I say more?

joints I will not get into this and put another list to counter yours but three is imo the worst service ever. Ask people on here and they will tell you that O2 is a million milles better then O2.

I have to say that not everyone is happy with three from reading this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=193&page=21

I've had nothing but problems with o2 since my upgrade, emailed Peter twice and heard nothing. Still having problems.

If you are unhappy with O2 contact

    complaintsreveiwservice@o2.com or

    complaintreveiwservice@o2.com

Not too sure which email address is correct, but the postal address is similar to the email address and is printed on the back of the bill. Always send mail recorded for confirmation of delivery.

O2 are a million times better than 3... There call sucess rate is of the highest of the networks, they have recently been voted overall best mobile service provider in a recent poll, they look after there existing customers by giving good retention deals, there customer service is UK Based, They have a better selection of phones than 3.... The list goes on!!

Very unusual that you have not heard back from Peter's office. Call Customer Service and ask them to put you through to the complaints review service who are based in Leeds.
