Court rules banks can !!!!!! you provided they warn you first

What do you expect.
The banking elite rule the roost.
They control how much money is issued, and what its value is.
Which is equivalent to; how many hours you have to work, and what you can afford to buy. In my option that is total control!
Additionally these below facts should be of interest.
Bank of England = Privately Owned Profit Making Company
Federal Reserve = Privately Owned Profit Making Company
Every Court in the UK = Privately Owned Profit Making Company
Every Police Force in the UK = Privately Owned Profit Making Company
Parliament = Privately Owned Profit Making Company
The UK = Privately Owned Profit Making Company
And the list goes on, and on and on...
The above can be proven as fact for anyone wishing to know via D&B - Dun & Bradstreet - "Provider of international and US business credit information".
Wake up folks.

Alpine Star, yes indeed very funny, but to be expected.
Unfortunately, anyone who thinks differently to others is ridiculed.
Perhaps this is why it works so well.0 -
Unverified by someone who is unwilling to verify it for themself?
I have told you all that you need to know.
I have stated it is unverified because the source you use is ASKING me for my details. I'm not going to give my details. Either (a) I am searching in the wrong box or (b) you have to be registered and that means giving details for someone to call me back.
In the internet there is vast resources so there must be another source to search. As I said I searched companies house without much success so is the company registered in the Uk? Do you have the companies house company registration number?
Please don't just read the fact I say it is unverified as saying it is untrue. I've asked you for help and either give it or leave it cos at the moment, I have nothing apart from your word. You say you have a source and tell me how to search it and I am telling you what I have got ie nowhere so help me to see what you are seeing rather than simply saying something that is not rational. If I search for items on the BoE there are mutliple sources not just one so help me find another source because I don't require a phone call to find out information about the House of Lords for example, nor do I need a phone call to get info on RBS Group. Give me a source that is open to all to search for or give up the ghost.
The ball is in your court and I await for your instructions as to how to get around the obvious problem of not giving my details to a company I know nothing about.0 -

I have told you that the information is on that site.
I cannot help with you being uncomfortable with the registration process of that site.
I have done my part.0 -

My initial thought was you were talking crap. You aren't exactly changing my opinion but as you are the expert, the other questions are:
Is the company registered in the UK?
Do you have the company registration?
I do know of two companies that are registered under companies house, 1 is for the Asset Protection Scheme and the other is a nominees account.
The name of the other company is unverified and I have no information on it whatsoever either for example, date of incorporation or whether it is listed on the UK stock market or US stock market. which market is it on?0 -
I understand that the banks have won the battle not to reimburse 'unfair' charges, but I still keep hearing companies such as Cartel Client Review saying that they can get credit cards(before April 2007), loans, and mortgages wiped off...
does anyone know on what grounds?0 -

Bingo.
As I've explained before, and from your subsequent exchange with gosnis, I assume you will agree. We're trying to be impartial, and look at well sourced information before dismissing gosnis' claims, yet he/ she resorts to rhetoric whenever asked a direct question.
You have to see it, to believe it. I have done my part. I can do no more than this. The rest is up to you.
Answering questions with a question allows the charade to continue for gosnis, yet causes people like myself to loose patience, and I'm not going to indulge in conspiracy theory hyperbole any further.the⋅o⋅ry

Helped me (note the thanks), but gosnis appears to have ignored it.
My post was pointing out the lack of genuine counter argument, whereas posters like yourself have sourced information that disprove gosnis' claims.
