Hi, I tried to use the voucher code 112AEFREE that was on the phone/broadband page - it says it is valid until the 15 Dec but talk talk are saying it is not valid and it won't work on their website
Anyone enlightened?

Got the same problem here.
Called them, TT has no idea about the code !0 -
hi.
I too tried.
TT's web site does recognise the code, but gives the message
"The promo code used is not applicable on this channel "
(if you enter a random code, it says code not recognised)
.... my guess is that they're saying you can't have it both ways. Pity, but not that surprising?0 -
Working for me!!!
Shows 12 months free essentials package under the promotion box at the bottom of the page when I update.0 -
Hi guys,
The code should definitely have worked provided you went straight to https://www.talktalk.co.uk (so no via google etc) and you entered the code.
The offer is still available but has now changed to 300AEFREE via https://www.talktalk.co.uk/12monthsfree
Please try again and let me know if you have any problems!0 -

Thanks!
I currently do not have a BT line therefore ...
1. Can I use this for ordering a new line , phone package and BB ?
2. Can I order over the phone ? (can't do it online because it requires a BT line check to proceed !)MSE_Archna wrote: »Hi guys,
