Aye mum works up at Trimdon just South of Durham and is having a right nightmare getting home. I'm wondering if the whiteout is moving north or south from there...

Well I think it was at Shotton before it reached Durham, but colleagues are heading home now who live in Stokesley - apparently it's really bad there too. Still nothing here, no doubt it'll come down at 5 and we'll be at a standstill, cold and hungry

I have my non-flexi friend on a Tuesday though, can't just scarper 45 mins before she finishes and leave her stranded. I might have if we'd been sent home at 3 though

Not too bad all in all - still done nothing of my sewing but will do that tonight either at class or at home if it's cancelled or I get sent home, will see. I'm giving up BingoBritain as detailed on Dinah's thread, basically the rules aren't clear and with the fact that you have to deposit hard cash in order to withdraw anything, it's a bit of a risk.

Up to a massive 75p on Ciao now, definitely worth the small effort of copying reviews over, especially if I manage to get something from the bonus fund which I don't understand!

Very poor indeed, but I did get to grips with my sewing machine and do quite a bit of my skirt so I'm pleased. would have got more done at work too if it wasn't for the flippin snow and possible course cancellations that I had to sort out.

Had some good news here - i got that time off work so OH and i will be going to Barcelona for 6 days at the beginning of Feb, should be good!

Barceloneta - think thats how you spell it!! Anyway turns out to be quite a nice surprise because i thought the parents said it was outside Barcelona, but from what i can find on the net it seems theres a lot going on there.
