Well I have only managed one NSD this week :j although other days my total spend has been very low (less than £1) as all that I have had to spend has been bus fare. Im looking at next week in my diary and trying to fathom which days are definitely going to be no spend days and which days I can convert into no spend days.
good luck everyone

I spent money this morning - posted christmas parcels abroad, and I bought a loaf of bread; so my NSD's are running at 4 of a target of 20 for the month.
I have a sainsbugs delivery on tuesday, hopefully that will be all my spends until friday (chippy lunch with aunty)... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

I am still stuck on 1 NSD so far as I have had a week off and been spending like a crazy person getting ready for Christmas, dentist and jobs like shoe repairs and re waterproofing winter coats.
I was hoping for a NSD tomorrow so that will mean ordering some maternity clothes tonight on line not tomorrow. I am back to work next week so I am hoping for 5 NSDs as I will only need milk and groceries at the weekend.

Any ideas what your triggers may be, so we can come up with some Baldricks to help?
I'm still trying to work out how to get a signature so I can put the 1 NSD I've managed so far out to be admired!!! See below
Really glad I joined this and looking forward (in a strange kind of way) to meeting and exceeding my target of 10. Told you it gets addictive

Each Challengee has to make their own decision on what is or is not a Spend because we all have differing priorities, so it really doesn't matter how many nsds you are aiming for as long as it means something to you. I just think it's nice if we can make suggestions to help each other, cuz there's plenty on these boards that I wouldn't have ever thought of on my own!Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Well, yesterday was (in the way I count it) a NSD. Bought some things, but entirely paid for with vouchers
and even earned some boots points in the process! WIN!
Today not so much, but I knew that was coming so I'm not disheartened, and spending was still careful and considered. The biggest change I've noticed in myself since starting the NSDs is definately the extra consideration I give to spending - and as there is a 'reward' for not spending (ticking off a NSD) i dont feel deprived like i often have in the past when just blindly trying not to spend. Yipee!
As today has been a spend day (though not madly) I shall see tonight if I can order the 2 quite cheap!) pressies ive been planning to get online, if they'll be delivered on time that is.On the up
