Could do with some milk but i'm not going to spoil a lovely NSD just for the sake of a pint. No! I'm hard-core! I can have toast for brekky instead. BRING IT ON

Thursday is also currently scheduled as a NSD but am not counting till hatched as may go all pathetic on the milk front. Nooooooo I am hard-core!

    Hi

Well my NSD yesterday went a little wrong. I had to go into town to put a cheque in the bank (not meaning to spend a penny) but on the way back sawthe perfect pressie for OH (he's a difficult fella to buy for)
On the up side I'm getting on to the home strait with the pressies so then will just need food which I aim to get with my main shop so there will be less wandering round town so more NSDs. Thats the plan anyway
    Have a lovely day everyone

  • Hoping today will be 1st NSD of the month. Ended up doing main food shop yesterday instead of the day before but stocked up so I'm hoping I won't need to shop again until middle of next week.

Today I have my mum visiting me for coffee and a chinwag which will be fab because I haven't seen her in months. So hopefully no time to go shopping. :D
All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person... :D:p

Did quite well yesterday! As it was going to be a SD due the stupid £1 charge for dropping hubby at the airport, I decided to go all out. Bought him some alcohol (he hates flying and it helps), and some other bits. Was desperately trying to find advent calendars (for us the big kids) so looked in all supermarkets and in all, all that was left was Ben 10 or a couple High School Musical. So I went for Ben 10 in Mr S and at the same time got my prescription, and also some presents for the in-laws! Spent quite a lot of money, but now have almost half my xmas pressies out of the way! (I did accidentally also buy a new scarf, hat and Dirty dancing dvd for me tho! oops!)

And tomorrow I will hopefully get the other half done (Photobox photo gifts and stuff from amazon). I will also post the present that needs to go abroad, cards that need to go abroad and maybe the advent calendar for hubs!

Then all that will be left will be vouchers for brother, slippers for dad's gf and something for hubs!

And fingers crossed it should all come in under (or at least on) budget!

Today should be my first dec NSD and will be spent putting together our new coffee table (present from mum) and putting my little tree up!

Woke up this morning hoping for a second NSD, then realised I had 10 pin bowling with work colleagues at lunchtime! The actual bowling was paid for last month, but I would have to get a coke and some chips or something as is standard.

No I don't! I thought. So I took a bottle of water filled up from the tap and my pitta bread filled with soft cheese, and voila, purse still unopened today! :D

So NSD #2 is all set. :j

ps. Those chips looked bloomin lovely though!!
