Yep, you can.
My OH felt like a partner after a month and still does 25 years later.
However, she didn’t (and doesn’t) get arsey after a few beers, if she had done she wouldn’t have made it to the month point.
Life’s too short for complicated new(ish) relationships, early stages should be non stop fun and discovery, if it’s not then move on and find one that is.0 -
Some good advice in this thread. Main points to consider:
a) Tell her how you feel, what she did to make you feel that way and why it bothers you.
b) Tell her everything that is on your mind regarding the trust issues, concerns about her becoming controlling, etc. Perhaps suggest slowing things down?
c) Tell her your thoughts on what she is like when she has had a drink and ask her why she acts like that.
d) If you don't get satisfactory responses to the above then cut and run. She isn't for you.0
