    Right Bookie, you have sent them a SOA and £1 token payment they will now of course try and take legal action to recover costs. It may possibly get to court (months and months down the line) but the court will see that you can't give them what you haven't got!
    Get on with that job application, sounds ideal and if you already know them could you possibly phone up for an informal chat and let them know you are interested in the job and will be applying?

  • Hi all, I think it's been unusually warm here this year - still doesn't feel like November!

    Bookie - stay tough, they can't have what you haven't got.

    Doing a rushed job application here, only saw it yesterday and it has to be emailed before noon today - aargh!

    I have my lovely new green spotty scarf on this morning...its mucho nice and my joint Christmas/Birthday present :)

    Oh and Maz your scarf arrived yesterday, thanks hun. B loved the perfume by the way, she said it smelt beautiful :)

    Maz, I've had a cold sore appear every week since I came back from Ireland in October! But the good news is I haven't had a cold or flu so a new cold sore appearing every week a small price to pay... but I really hope I don't get a new cold sore again.

    Bookie - you may well get some great advice if you post your own thread - or give RAS of Fermi a pm - they know loads about this stuff and would be only too hapy to help!

    You know what Martin says - no debt problem that cant be solved :D

    Oh and moan on here all you want - was just trying to suggest people who might have answers...
