Good morning & thank you PP for starting the thread
This week we are having:
Monday: Spaghetti Bolognaise
Tuesday: Sausage Pasta
Wednesday: Mixed Veg Soup, Flatbreads, Apple Pie & Custard/Ice Cream
Thursday: Pasta Bake
Friday: Meatballs & Spaghetti
Saturday: Beans on Toast or Help Yourself Night
Sunday: Potato Hash & Yorkies
There's quite a few pasta meals as I have lots to use up. I chop/grate lots of veggies (peppers, carrots, green beans, celery, squash) into most of the meals to both stretch them out to feed 6 and to get more veg into the children
Breakfasts are toast, porridge, weetabix, fruit & yoghurt.
Lunches are soup, sandwiches, pate & toast, things on toast & any leftovers.
Snacks are a few crisps, yoghurts, toast, cinnamon french toast, flapjacks, chocolate cake & things from the lunch menu. I'll also be making various muffins as I'm starting to experiment with them now thanks to some great ideas on here :T

Yikes - is it really that time of the week again?
This week I've got:
Friday -
I'm out with friends all day and have no idea what's happening or what time I'll be home. I'll either have something to eat while I'm out or treat myself to takeaway pizza when I get home (using a money-off voucher, of course!)
Saturday - butternut squash, chorizo and chickpea stew
Sunday - haddock, prawn and tomato soup/stew, with hm olive bread
Monday - aubergine and chorizo pasta bake
Tuesday - mince beef pie (from the freezer) with veg of some sort
Wednesday - turkey, bacon and boursin pie with veg of some sort
Late edit:
No, hang on, Thursday is evening class night - I won't have time to make curry. So I'll do:
Thursday - something from the freezer
Friday - turkey and aubergine curry (possibly with hm naan bread if I get round to it / can be bothered )
I'll make some soup over the weekend for lunches, or take leftovers from the previous night's dinner. Breakfast will mostly be porridge with fruit, as that's my current favourite.
Back after a very long break!0 -

I've had to change quite a bit as the chicken I was going to be using is trapped in a freezer (don't ask!)
I made some vegetable curry pasties during the week so I will take those for my lunch during the week and have also made some lemon sponge cakes (mini loaves!) as well.Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100
